Their getup looks like a cross between pirates and Opera singers. Where do yu find clothes that bad? Were they paid to wear the,? Did they borrow them from Rhapsody? I love the band, but jesus cmon they look like artsy gay hookers.

Well I guess its their prerogative to dress strangely. they are quite dramatic, so they might as well put on a whole opera-costumes and all. It would be interesting. I am serious here, I actually dont mind the opera- yes its true. But if I went into the club to hear them sing and it was my first time haring ans seeing the band, well, the first second I see those clothes, my ass would be walking out the door. Id think they were culture club or something.

I agree with speed, and yes I enjoy the opera too. Sometimes.
I'd go see these dudes in concert if they come out here (no idea if they are or not), even if I'm not the hugest fan. Not so sure about ANYONE's voice being better than Garm's though.

You know this is kind of a off the wall idea, but I think Arcturus should write a metal opera. What does everyone think? They could hire a acting troupe, and Garm could be the main character/singer. They might as well.

A narrative concept album from Arcturus would be a logical next step for them, so I sort of agree. And I keep saying this every time their name is mentioned, but Ihsahn should join them full-time. Oyvind could stay on and they could design some wicked vocal treatments together.
