All the walls are hard plaster on top of plasterboard on top of 2' of stone, with the exception of the wall with the door in, which is an internal wall, just plaster on plasterboard, cavity, then the same on the other side

where can i do to improve my mixing position?

EDIT: here's a 3d view for you

Fuck, I'm at a loss dude, between that retarded permanent desk (what is this, a repurposed laundry room? :D) and the slight angle in the wall next to the door, I'd say your current setup is about as good as it can get, sadly - just buy a fuckload of bass traps I suppose!
