come on everybody, tell him about the secret bottom!!!
andy sneap, collin richadson, tue madsen, Adam D. all use the secret bottom. It´s an Addon to your consol with the name : MAKE IT SOUND GOOD
After pressing the bottom you will get the andy sneap sound.

After Andy told Adam about it (in the mixing process from KSE) all the records Adam did sound so much better

here is the link

but it costs more then 1.000.000€

Andreyp ...

look, there are a lot of people who are just picking on you now. They're fucking with you, it happens ... call it the "New Guy Syndrome"

its just a bit of harmless fun

I'll try to help you as best I can since I'm not as juvenile as some of these guys

Have you ever noticed how loud and "in your face" Andy's final products sound? It has VERY little to do with anything like a Finalizer or the famous C4 settings or even the RComp setting you saw earlier (one of my favorite "go to" presets by the way ... you can learn a lot from using that preset) ... the answer to getting this sound that he achieves can be summed up in one word .... NORMALIZE

if you normalize all of your individual tracks before mixing, you are basically making all of the best parts of that track louder, more in your face and yes, more brutal. Once you have normalized all of your individual tracks, thats where the REAL Andy sneap sound is achieved pre-mix. After that, run the RComp on as many individual tracks as you can and adjust the faders to the levels you want. If you normalize, you really don't even have to worry about EQ setting or anything like that.

Try taking a bass track and normalize it. Listen to the difference, now all of a sudden, all the hard to hear parts played are right in your face and fucking metal to the bone.

Do what I said, run a mix and then post it here ... I guazrantee you everyone who has been trying to mess with you will shut up very quick and start giving you the respect you deserve

Cheers!

thx Skinny Viking - you are THE MAN

and what if i use vst for drums ? how to normalize ? compresion or wav mixdown post processing?

thx Skinny Viking - you are THE MAN

not really

as for your question ... check your plugins and see if you have one called "normalize". If you do, just select your audio track and then hit the normalize button

if you don't have one ... use the RComp and set your attack time as fast as it goes, threshold to like -25 or something and a high ratio (use your discretion) ... you'll notice the volume is very low, just use the makeup gain on the right side and boost it until the comp volume is the same as the volume when the plug is bypassed. You can just individually process from there or bounce down if you need to ... I forget what DAW you're using so its up to you to find the way that works best for you. Make sure to delay compensate if you don't already have it!

After you've done that with all your tracks, try the rest of what I had said

good luck

Peter North does gay porn:p

well reading his autobiographies all over the internet, they say he did it because it seems impossible to break into porn industry as a guy without having done few gay porn movies.
Well that's a big bullshit I don't think ron jeremy has ever done faggot movies lol
Peter denied all the time, but I think he did it just for the money, there are people that for money can do everything lol
