It took them a long time to finally start carrying Breyers out on this coast. I grew up on their vanilla bean flavor in the Midwest and found the brands available in Cali when I first moved out here to be completely inferior. Blue Bell is also excellent, although only available in Texas.

Definitely. Breyers completely owns every other ice cream brand. Even Haagen Dazs doesn't compare.

I love homemade, fresh ice cream. I always get pistachio gelato when I'm in NYC.
