Interesting to hear that the SPV is going under & that Ripper was supposedly on his way out regardless of Barlow's return.

The page didn't load on my screen all the way so I gave up. I'm a fan of IE. Some people slam them for being too "old school", but that's what I like.

Ripper is a great singer. Wish he could find a kick ass band and have a lot of success too.

SPV going under is bad news.

When SPV signed Iced Earth they were in good shape. I imagine SPV are okay in Europe, I think they may be in trouble stateside though...

Hadn't read the article. But if SPV is going to have distribution problems this side of the Atlantic is a bummer, several bands I like are signed with them

Right. I think if they are having trouble they'll simply close shop in North America like Sanctuary Records did...

Which means all their titles are gonna become imports and I'll have to reduce my purchases a lot or be very eager before doing one
