Interesting thread. There are many songs they've never played and a few songs which they've played only once or twice (as far as i know). Also, they always play shit like
Punish my Heaven and
Final resistance, and, quite frankly, i've grown sick of them. So let's see:

9. Single part of two (never played, i think) / I, deception (same)
10. Emptier still (never played; good to change the pace a bit)

14. No one (never played) / In sight (same) / Misery in me (rarely played)
15. Shadow duet (i thought more or less of the same thing as Kovenant84)

And they could invite a female vocalist, seeing as there are five songs which on the albums have female vocals.
Note: 2-20 are not in any particular order; i'd have to have all my DT music at hand and all the patience in the world to decide on the perfect order, but i'm not at home.
Hard to decide, really. I have several second or third choices, and i had to leave out stuff like
The enemy and
The endless feed because of the limited number of songs. Like the threadmaker said,
