Idols sensation: metalhead wins in Belgium

Probably one of the most discussed tv shows of the last months, the search for a new pop idol in a lot of countries.
Last night there was a real sensation in the Flemish (Dutch speaking part of Belgium) version of the show. The Flemish (pop?of rock?)Idol of 2003 is Peter Evrard, singer of the nu-metal band Toner.
This is just a great victory for rock music and it shows that rockfans always support each other.... and also that rock singers are more then ordinary shouters that can't sing.....

its nu metal though. i would be happier if it were a power metal guy or somthin. but its nice none the less

Yeah thats true nu metal is basicly just shouting and screaming my dady rapped me. LOL.

It would be much cooler if a power metal guy won.
