Fucking faggot hardcore kids probably thought they were at an Atreyu concert when they played The Hive.

don't you think this is IF's fault most?
i mean... if they didn't change their sound towards american-ish metalcore, probably they wouldn't have all that young kids at concert who don't know a note of their melodic death stuff. and older people would not complain they don't play a song from their early stuff... i enjoy music and i enjoed the concert a lot... but there's a lot of nostalgic people who spends 25 euros to see bands playing just THAT song, and they even KNOW before because with internet you know everything in advance about tour setlist and so on... wtf... i spend 25 euros for a concert, not to complain about my idols not being the melodic gods anymore.

anyway... i was in milan too yesterday, will post some pics soon ;)

I think he was referencing to the fact Atreyu ripped off the riff from The Hive for their song "Right Side of the Bed", and coupled it with the fact most of In Flames new and gay fanbase would loveee Atreyu. They probably thought In Flames had decided to cover Atreyu and got all the lyrics wrong

People say it's different. Of course some of the notes are different.
You could still harmonize both song's beginnings together though.
The pattern is like the exact same fucking structure.

Now which one do I want to listen to, some gay faggot emos playing a hashed up version of The Hive, or the original which is more metal?

And I can't fucking stand metalcore vocals anyway. At least Anders has more consistant screams, instead of some gay run of the mill hardcore yells that sound like it all came from the same 20ish year old american black-dyed hair emo faggot.

man i hate that kids of today think that in flames has copied those "new" wave of american metal" bands

Very impressive! Hope their N. American tour is similar. I fucking NEED to hear Sleepless Again live.
I might be getting backstage when they come to mpls :D

I can't stand American generic metal anymore. The last band I listened to was Killswitch, stopped listening to them a year ago.

European music is so much better, sucks Atreyu figured this out and stole an In Flames riff.
