Not only do I remember this, but I also remember that it had nothing to do with paying a gas bill, rather that Josh needed to buy:

A) an anniversary present
B) weed
C) I don't remember, this shit was 15 years ago on the internest

Yea a Gas Bill makes zero fucking sense. I dont pay my gas for 6 months at a time. Not for lack of funds, but out of lack of giving af. The late fees are legit like 25 cents, the bills themselves never over 20. I'll pay it when I pay it, and the Gas Co has NEVER bothered me to do so promptly.
