What OS and what plug-in version? x86 or x64?
Make sure to have ONLY ONE version of the plug-in in ALL your VST folders set in Reaper.
Make sure to match the DAW format with the plug-in format, so, for example, assuming you are on Windows and Reaper is 64bit, please copy only the 64bit version of the Emissary in your VST path.

running windows 7 32bit using ur x86. prob my computer thats the issue its been giving me problems. but from the few seconds of play b4 crash sounds great haha

All the guitars use TSE808 (very small boost) + Emissary + Telos Tropicana.
Emissary is hands down the best Amp Sim I've used.

Go on the back and choose "disabled" on the power tube dropdown selection. That disables the power stage.

I bought 2 of them, they really bring back some lost dynamic of real recording chain, and can additionally tweak the sound with some depths, presences, voicing, depends on what head it`s based. But enough words, they don`t pay to me for advertisement
