iLok -> iLok2 transfer problem

Hello,

bought an ilok2 in store today, plugged it in along the ilok1, logged in on www.ilok.com, and transferred all my licenses to the new one.

I bought waves MPX after that and activated it in the ilok2.

I opened reaper, wanted to try waves MPX, and it's fine. I searched for my other plugins, and they are just not there !

I just re-checked my ilok.com account and everything is supposed to be fine : my two iloks are there, the new one got all the licenses, all of them are supposed to be active.

Since i installed MX through the waves WOPI installer, I started it again and made it "repair". It went well, repaired, then quit, but I still can only access my newly bought plugin.

Do you have any idea, while I'm sending mails to Pace and Waves ?

did you rescan the plugin database?
i had the same problem with cubase,
had to rescan the plugin folder a few
times until all plugins got recognized!

what's the old ilok for?
since i got the ilok2 i use the ilok1
for demo licenses only,
so if you do not need it pluged in, remove it.

Hum okay trying that, we'll see.

The first one will be useless, it's just plugged cause I wanted to cross check on the ilok site.

Oh yeah, it's working !

The only thing is that it has crashed 2 times during the scan... But maybe it's because I have performed a full scan (clean cache + new fresh scan) and the ridiculous amount of freebies I have made it instable. Anyway it seems ok. Thanks dude !

EDIT : and once again, a sneapster faster than light (and support tickets) to solve a problem. This place rocks.
