ilok: transfer multiple licenses

yo....
I've just bought multiple licenses and me and the seller are trying to figure out the best way to transfer them to my account without having to pay 25$ for each licenses.

Ideas?

Can I perhaps just get the entire ilok from him?
but if I add that ilok to my account, will the licenses still be on there and transferred as well?

Seller buy a new iLok

register it to his account. immediately transfer all the licenses to the new iLok, then de-register it from his account (he have 7 days maximum to do this, it's the "grace period").

Edit: it 7 days for doing the whole thing; so if you register ilock after 7days you aren't covered by grace period
