Oke I re-listenen Lawless Darkness by Watain last night and I have to change my opinion, I was probably just not in the mood when I listened to it last week. This is definately the best black metal album I've heard in years

Last friday I saw a spanish band called '77 from Barcelona that played some real good root rock'n'roll(as for the stageshow that was super..)

Liking it? It's not exactly the same as the first one, guess some fans will not be ecstatic and others will really love it

It's not been a secret I'm not TOO extatic about their first album. I LOVE "The tallest tree", but I find some of the songs...hmm..boring. Anyway I heard the potential of the band and hoped the new album would work better for me.

After a few spins I'm happy to say IT DOES! It's still the same well played prog but this time the songs keep me interested from start to finish. There are a few killer songs that stand above the rest. Favourites so far are "Why I bleed" and the fantastic "Walls of deception".
