the new album that i downloaded was so fucking horrible i couldn't even go through it twice, they can seriously suck it now.

They need to give that fucking awesome name to a band that deserves it now.

edit: Although in their defense, the audio on that video totally sucks ass. I don't doubt that new singer sucks it up on the old tunes, but if you didn't tell me that was Crown of Horns, I wouldn't even know it. I'll wait to confirm that singer sucks when I see it myself. I don't think I'll be convinced the other way.

Yea, or just retire the name/end the band and start with a new name. It's really just not Cryptopsy anymore. The songwriting just isn't the same without Lavasseur, and I think the direction they are taking the music does a disservice to the awesome songs they created in the past.

precisely. there's only one original member now anyway, and one other that's been around since none so vile...they just need to change the name if they feel the need to experiment like that.
