'Tis a Pantera lighter (lawlz), a sweet glass piece, and a bag of Salvia Divinorum. If you aren't familiar with Salvia it's a psychadelic plant. Kinda lame 'cause it only lasts like 10 minutes, but it is legal in most states so on principle it is quite fun to go to stores and buy it.

They're all of Dismember, except for the bottom 2, which are of the singer from Abandoned (left) and I'm not sure who that bassist is on the right.
