Incredibly cheap but not terrible 2-input XLR recs?

Title says it all. I got an MXL 990/991 condenser mic combination mic set (I know, I know...I have no money) and I'm wondering if anybody knows of some bargain-priced-but-not-absolutely-terrible preamps with phantom power for them. My POD HD only has one XLR input, so if I wanted to record my acoustic guitar with two mics simultaneously I'd be SOL.

My favorite low cost preamp is maudio dmp3, should be able to find a used one for well under 100 bucks, I've tried lots of different preamps and always kept them around , they seem to sound really "open" and clean. If that makes any sense.
