info: more women than men in a club at a metal party

so, men, tell me, how is the situation in your countries, cities, towns? this was stunning, it was that Paradise Lost party in a club (where usually gothic parties get thrown, hehe), and it was unbelievable: you could see 65 % of women, 35 % of men. hello? what's going on? ten years ago me plus 20 ladies (I think I'm overdoing it with this number) were the female members of dead poets' minds society. is it like that in other places as well? I had a feeling that girlies wanted to expose themselves only. Not to mention that one group of them (10 of them) was standing in a toilet, drinking vodka, and didn't get out until they got descently drunk. my-my....
so, how is it over there?

at most shows in wisc. it's 90% guys and the "ladies" and they are all under the age of 25--but at the few rap shows it's more about 75% guys but still a hella young crowd...when i went to minneapolis minn. for a k.m.k. show it was better more like 65 %guys.......i am 34 and never see any women over the age of 30 at any shows ever!!!!!!!!!!! even at the couple o' nevershows there were like 6 guys over 35 but no women over 25 and those 4 i saw were not bar age yet.......shows are not the places to hook up with someone from the area

Shows around here are mostly attended by guys, & the few women there seem to be there just to keep an eye on their significant other. Or, they are way underage. Sorry, not into jailbait. It was so much easier when I was under 18 too....

out of all my years of concerts, the only times i can recall lots of girlies was at a type o show, but I'm sure they were just there to try and get a piece of Pete Steele, and not me

The situation here is getting better all the time. A few years back the local metal bar had about 90% men and 10% women. Now it's more like 60/40. In concerts it's even better, depending on the bands that are playing of course.

well, in my area, more dudes than girls. bUt the girls, they dont seem to care what sort of music, or what sort of party. If its a party, they seem to want to get drunk, or pretend they get drunk, and then they take off their clothes and walk around naked, or just fuck ppl, and let everyone watch. Its really sick in a way.

And at concerts, it really depends on the band, but for the most part, the girls want to climb on stage and dance half naked, or get up on their guys shoulders, and swing their arms while they are topless.

Monster magnet, the lead singer went to jail at one show, at the 3rd song 2 girls got on stage and strted getting naked, (this always happens at mm shows, the girls get naked and dance, no big deal really) and danceing, and about the middle of teh song SPINE OF GOD, the 2 girls started munching each others pussies, then DAVE, the lead singer, he took off his belt, and spanked the one on top. They all 3 went to jail.

Weird stuff. iT blows my mind how the girls just want to be sluts anymore.

hmm, it really depends what kind of show it is.
If it's a gothic- act, you see way more woman then men. Some of these girls show up like if they are ready to get married, damn!
The dressed they wear...one time at a cradle-show, i saw only black dressed people..and one girl showed up wearing a white dress! I thought it was kinda cool, to show up in white. Alhough i thought it was over-done because it was a weddingdress...ah whatever, it's the scene that attracts these woman.
We have a metal party every sunday over here and when i go there, i think only 7 tot 10 girls show up, the rest is all men.
Not that i care, because i think woman are more busy judging eachother then enjoying the music and the scene.
I usually feel more uncomfortable when i'm around woman then when i'm with men.
Guess that the reason i have only two female friends..the rest are males, i just don't get along with most woman.

Just like me, when I used to have metal friends, 10 years ago, they were all men. And the best friend I've ever had was a man. I had one fake female friend, but she.... is not worth mentioning actually. Today, I only have one metal person to hang out with. And it rules. (OK, and some cyber... )

We don't have metal "clubs" per se 'round where I'm at, but I've been pleasantly surprised at the past few metal shows I've been to. It was still probably 3-to-1 guys/girls ratio, but that's not too bad. And many of the women were very cool AND very attractive. Of course all the good ones are usually with their boyfriends or trying to track down a rockstar or something...
