Saw a couple of small bits about daylight dies, stuff like quick album sum-ups etc... but im not sure if i should get any of their stuff or not? what exactly are they like? comparisons to other bands? oh yeah and how many albums they got?

They are like.. Daylight Dies. Download some mp3's @ http://www.mp3.com/daylightdies and listen for yourself..
They have a demo CD, Idle, and the debut one, No Reply..
Both are definitely worth buying IMHO.
