So this week I received 9 tracks from Mieszko at Soundlab studios which comprises the new Insision album, tentatively titled 'Revealed and Worshipped'.
The sound is darker and more menacing than before, thankfully it doesn't sound like a Nasum record because they are two very different styles, instead what we have here is something that reminds me at least of bottom end behemoths like Immolation and Incantation, with a lot of intricate patterns and some amazing tempo changes.
The record will be mastered soon and then set for a June release.......all I can say is delete 'Beneath the Folds of Flesh' cos this wipes the floor with it.
Totally barbaric and yet another flagbearer for a resurrgent Death Metal scene.......no melodic bullshit going on just precision battery.
