I noticed something today on my ProRMP.
It lists the patent number on the casing unlike the photo on the radial engineering website.
A quick search of the patent number leads us to this:

Note the name of the inventor and the year on the right hand side of the page.
Radial Engineering must license the patent from Cuniberti. The Reamp and ProRMP most likely sound very similar. The pdf regarding the patent on the site is also a very interesting read.
