Is Frank still in Anthrax???

You will have to please forgive me I have been off from the planet for a few weeks.
I read a news clip that was talking about the new Helmet CD.In it it said "and EX-Anthrax member Frank Bello will be on bass."WTF?
I heard Frank was doing some bass tracks, but no leaving Anthrax.Can someone please tell me what is going on?
