i write, and throw with my left hand, but i play guitar right handed. most people just start playing right handed because it's what they usually see and imitate from the beginning (like when you're a kid and you play air guitar along with music videos, most people play right handed so you imitate right handed)

plus, left handed guitars are just rarer and more expensive
