Is the low end too massive?

Made some new stuff... Started with this idea and then evolved to this mixture that it is now. Do you think the low end is too big? I let the drums drown out on purpose when the chorus hits, because it gives you this feeling that the guitars are actually pretty fucking loud when they hit you.

The synth is the vocal line, so pay no attention to it being too loud in the mix

PS: I know that the playing is still the weakest link in my songs

hmm, something is too massive in this mix cause it's distorting a bit. kick is pretty clicky and boomy and a little loud, cymbals are pretty harsh, and the bass is probably up too much. guitars should also come down some too.
