Is the snare to loud on this mix?

I used to mix stuff using my home stereo as monitors, but I just moved and I am stuck using two pairs of walk-man head phones. I plan to buy some real monitors when I get a job.

In the first headphones the snare sounds the right volume. In the second pair it sounds way to loud.

I would appreciate it if some one with a good sound system could tell me if the snare volumes should change.
