Is this snare verb too much?

This is really my first try into doing more than just 10% verb in a mix. I still don't understand it too well, but what can you do. I'll get there eventually.

But anyway, What do you think about this snare verb? I wanted something thick, but I think at some parts it's just to out front.

Verbs are supposed to be more subtle, but I'm obviously using this as an effect.

Also, when you have a long verb like this what do you do for things like snare fills? Do you automate the send down or what?

I was going to mention that in the post, actually. I haven't really done anything with them yet so they're just kind of thrown in there.
