What are some cables you notice that you keep going back to for the studio?

speaker and instrumental.

I have some ebay bull shit cables going from my interface to my monitors and i think its almost all the reason for some rice crispy noises coming from my monitors ( snap crackle and pops )

and how would a #7 trs to trs be diffrent than a monster $35 trs to trs?
