ya know, i really truly am. i was on campus today wearing an opeth shirt, listening to morningrise, and i couldn't wait to get home to post on the board. it's a lifestyle!

As we already know Opeth forum addiction is no laughing matter. I used to just post a few times at night, but now I post all day, and first thing in the morning, I say to myself, “I’ll just make a few posts, just to get me through the day.” Is that really true though? No, it isn’t, I am just unable to admit I have a problem. Now I post all day, at work, at school, in the shower. I used to post with friends, but now I post alone. It is a vicious progression; it is time to end my posting binges…hmmmm??…nah!

I am not obsessed and i am not making a joke ( from know on ill use [joke][/joke] and [sarcasm][/sarcasm] ). I love all Opeth cds and enjoy their music and know just a little bit of things behind the music, but i never get obesessed with a band. I do not like to be fanatic i just love good music and respect people that produce it but there is no specific band that takes over every second of my thoughts. I think the Obsession term should be taken more seriously

I love Opeth, I really do, but i think i may be more obsessed with this board because to me Anathema and Katatonia are right up there with Opeth. I guess you can say i am kind of obsessed with all three but this is the forum that keeps me busy. I think i explained that well...probably not......well let's just say i am obsessed with great music.
