Its way too hot

I can't stand the heat (well, mostly humidity), but keeping it out of your mind helps a lot. I could be walking for 20 minutes, while listening to my iPod and not think about it at all, and feel perfectly fine.
Walking with a bottle of water helps a lot too. Even if it's not really so cold, just drinking something really makes you feel a lot better
 
I've done it before.
You just have to keep your mind pre-occupied. If you're not dealing with work, listen to music, or think of something else, and drink water. It works.
