Hey all.
We Rangelyites had an inversion a few weeks ago and I got some pictures of it. I figured I'd post 'em here because I think that it was Forest Stream weather. Since Rangely is almost smack-dab in the middle of the States, it's probably not as beautiful as what goes on in Russia, but at any rate enjoy!

That is really nice. Reminds me of this poem:

The Snow-Storm

Announced by all the trumpets of the sky
Arrives the snow, and, driving o'er the fields,
Seems nowhere to alight: the whited air
Hides hills and woods, the river and the heaven,

Looks amazing!!!!!!! It's quite rare we have something similar in Russia. There snow just covers branches and boughs. Here it looks like more it grew on'em. The frost I mean.
Although I am not able to enjoy snow at all... here in Holland the only kind of precipitation is rain...

@ Sonm - Thanks. I thought the frost was pretty sweet too. It surprised me that Russia doesn't see a lot of that weather. I shouldn't be since I know doodley-squat about the global weather system, but nevertheless. By the by rain is my favorite weather. Particularly heavy rain in spring. mmmmmmmm...

youre lucky, i wish it snowed in FL (i used to live in new york, and i love snow)

these would be examples of a winter day in Naples, Florida..

You're sooooooo lucky! You've got green where you live! I know it'll sound absurd given the pictures I posted, but I live in the midst of a desert. I'll post some pictures of it in spring and you'll see.

By the by those are some very beautiful beaches mister.
