Ridiculous! I wish I could play like that. I can play punk and hardcore. That's it. No matter how much I've tried, I just can't do metal! I'm a punk/hardcore guitarist. Not only that, my melodies are total 80's rock melodies!! I'm a confused musician! Haha.

Hi Just finally watched your DVD; really enjoyed the mix of exotic scales, string skipping (something I rarely do in my own playing) and double muting. Lots to think and add find some of those stretches really hard; hands are bit to small and used to get a lot of pain when I used to do that stuff in the past. Some really cool playing and to top it off the solo to Demise Great!!!!!!!!!!
Jasun you rule man

Right on Spatch and totally glad some of those methods will help you out bro.

Yeah if the wide Stretch material gives you pain and shooting Volts down your arm I would not push any further. If it's more muscle strain just take many breaks in between doing them, you do eventually get use to it. Just like play it for a minute or two and on with your other material. You'll notice you'll get faster with your other techniques by doing this. If you ever have any questions my brutha you know where to find me.

METAL and thanks for letting me know bro.
