jazz vid help!

i have done my best on the jazz video of chris playing, but i am unable to get all the little niggly jazz things. i can sort of get the same sounding this but when played with the video it sounds wrong, does anyone know the chord progression for this song? anyone who can help it would be greatly appreciated.
