Just bought ChannelStrip but...without presets

I've just purchased Metric Halo Channel Strip for 199$. The plugin works very well (but I consider their stupid registration too much time consuming and NOT user friendly) but it hasn't a single preset..
It should come with more than 100 presets and they write this thing everywhere in their site but, I have only a preset menu...EMPTY.
Is it normal?

I have the metric halo 2882 with the dsp cs. It came with like 1000 presets
write to the support.

But the MH-cs is super easy to use, tweak it by ear

Mine came with quite a lot of presets, but I've never used even one of them...

I asked if it happened to someone else (if you are able to read)... sometimes you need to take your life frustrations out of those useless and stupid replies.
Anyway I've already contacted the support.

Yeah, The presets it's coming with are absolutely useless anyways.

Although i never use an exact preset, i sometimes use it as a guide, even know most of the times i'll end up completely butchering the preset, i can see how you fel. If i order a pepperoni pizza w bonus free deep dish crust, i expect my deep dish crust
