Just broke my headphones... Suggestions?

So, I just broke my trusty ol' Sennheiser HD555's, they took quite a beating but finally gave in. I guess I'm looking for something cheap and somewhat decent for part-time mixing and general music playback. Tracking is not an issue.
Was thinking about KRK 8400's and ATH m50's. Now, I know the love the m50's used to get here, but I don't think I can try these on, while the KRK's are in stock at the local shop. Anything other I should consider in this pricerange?..

I was in a guitar center yesterday and they have ATH-M45's for a hundred bucks.

I really want to try out shure srh840's - get pretty decent reviews especially when compared with m50's
