Just found this on Yahoo!

There is a section on Yahoo's main page called "BuzzLog". For some reason they had a hyperlink titled "Dimebag Darrell". I clicked it just to see what was up and I followed one of the corresponding links to a site. I started reading and noticed this line:

"During the 2005 Gigantour there was a special tribute to Dimebag Darrell by Dream Theater, Dave Mustaine of Megadeth, Burton C. Bell of Fear Factory, and Russell Allen of Symphony X performing "Cemetery Gates"."

I never heard about this but found it interesting when I read it.

A lot of people have done a tribute to Dime, but I didn't know Dream Theater and Russell did one. This is pretty cool news.

yeah, dave and co. just want to make sure it's cool with Vinnie and the rest of Dime's family before it's put on the Gigantour DVD. apparantly, it brought quite a few people in the crowd to tears, so i'm sure it'll be on the DVD.
