Just got back from the DVD shoot...

Whew, im totally beat. The soundcheck was a little bit of a bust due to waiting outside in the cold for a while. I met up with Thraxx there, and got my NFMB shirt.

way more to come, but I will try and add something before work tomorrow (set list, sound, things of that nature)

I just got back from the show.Anthrax was fucking awesome.I'll give more details tomorrow.I'm fucking beat.I was on the floor and in the pit for most of the show.I'll try to remember the setlist,but I can't remember all of it because I was moshing all over the floor.Here is what I remember(not in any order,except the first and last song)

ok, so this was an AWESOME show. I couldnt believe that I was watching this line up rip up the stage in front of me.

the opening band was ehhhhhh
the dimebag tribute guy was AWESOME

When Anthrax hit the stage, the energy in the crowd EXPLODED. I was up front, and the rush of people that hit me from behind almost crushed me. From that point forward, it was full bore from the band AND the crowd. I was in front of Scott for the first 1/2 of the show, but after being kicked in the head 5 times by crowd surfers, my friend and I went to the right side of the stage. Joey's voice was solid for almost all the songs except for Deathrider and a few others. Dan's leads were ok for most of the night, but sometimes you couldn't hear them.

overall, it was an AWESOME show. i got a shirt, but I wanted the sweatshirt, but the guy in front of me got the last one

Boy one of the last shows I saw was Gwar
This guy who kept surfing ,kept kicking people in the head, Tina ( she was a friend)
real small girl , grabbed the guy on his last pass and grabbed him by the shoulders ( more like arm pits) and hurled hm into the little walkway where all the bouncers stand
He hit a steel rail nose first, and passed out for like 30 ,maybe 40 minutes, A fight breaks out next to me
So I figure its time to walk away from the front for a while, The same guy that was unconscience, He is now in the pit, He doesnt even know his nose is broken ( god he was waisted) and He hit someone, this big dude slams into him he is falling one direction as a differnt guy ( the one he hit first) Fucking jumps, plants his foot with a pretty leathal looking kick, I saw his leg snap in the wrong direction....


After the show, This guy is still way fucking drunk, cant walk cuz hes not sober
he is not aware his nose is still bleeding ,and that his nose and leg are both broken
he should not have been able to stand on it....who ever he went there with ditched him, most brutal beating I have ever seen any one recieve man it was a good show...( I cant wait for anthrax to get here, I wanna go)

I managed to stay up front for the whole show and am feeling quite sore now from being shoved into the barricade all night. I can't wait to see how this turns out on DVD.
