I just got my first tattoo yesterday so I figured I would share it with you guys. Im pretty pumped on it, its a kokopelli for my grandma who passed away. Right before she passed she gave me a necklace with a kokopelli on it and i figured this would be a great tat. Im super pumped on it

Anyone want to share your tattoos?

Cool Tattoo man! Tattoo's that mean something are the best. I've just started putting idea's together for my sleeve, the two most important ones to go in are the Royal Navy crossing anchors that were on my Grandad's uniform (to go either on my forearm or inside my bicep) and a rose (maybe on my elbow) for my Grandma since she loved to grow them. I've got some other elements to fit in as well but I'm not sure on what I want them to look like.

You get what you pay for dude. The better quality shops are usually gonna cost a few more bucks. I tried going the cheaper route with my sleeve and ended up getting it completely redone because it was coming out like shit. There are a few real good shops in north jersey, I just can't remember a single one at the moment.I'm in south jersey so I stay local, the place I go to charges around $200 a sitting for the bigger pieces which IMO is a decent price being my guy has had me in the chair for 4-5 hours at a time and It was still $200 bucks. The smaller pieces get a little pricey though but for the work they do its worth it to me. Congrats on the ink, looks good.

I got it at Immortal Ink in Flemington, NJ although I'm looking for a good place in Philly to get my next ones done. I know a few good places in NYC but they are INSANELY expensive

ahhh ok

I can recommend Deep Six on Grant & Blvd

I was looking at your brothers artwork the other day! Thats pretty crazy. He seems REALLY good at what he does. I might have to contact him soon. Thanks for the recommendations

pretty clean, nothing for me, but if you like it, thumbs up!
I got a clef on my right calf, just black, wanted something related to music, but I never wanted
a band tattoo or a guitar on my body, the only problem with the tat is, I had a accident shortly
after I got it, so I have some scars there.
Still saving up to get the scars covered up and get the rest of my leg done. The clef will be just
a part of a tamoko style design that goes around my whole shank, just black.

Threads like this let me regret that I spend all my saved money on gear and stuff instead of finally getting my first tat that I have planned since 6 years or so.
Damn money
