I'm stoked about this!!!! Gwinnett Arena in Atlanta on October 1st.Slayer playing Seasons In The Abyss in full (my fave by them).Rust In Peace in full,Belladonna with Anthrax.Anybody else going?

Cool, have fun and report back afterwards with a review.
I am a long time fan of all three bands, but to be honest, in 2010 I have VERY little interest in seeing any of them, aside from SLAYER maybe.
Just seen them all way too many times.

Slayer always delivers.
Megadeth had a major lull for MANY years, but came back nicely live around United Abominations.
Anthrax with Joey is always a blast, but I think the drama has overshadowed there possibilities of remaining as a going concern as a band.

I'm in a MUCH different boat than you.I've only seen Megadeth once(awesome show),never seen Anthrax, and saw Slayer once at Ozzfest (loved it).So I know I will have a great time.I wish I could say I've seen all of them a bunch like you.I'm actually jealous of you except for one thing.....This will be my 2nd Progpower and the first time was soooooo good I can't even put into words the experience I had.Maybe one day you can say the same thing.I would definitely look forward to meeting you.I read all your posts and enjoy them whether I agree with them or not:)

Right on!
Yeah, I would love to meet all of you one day.
With what's going on in my life with being a family man, getting away for Prog Power is pretty unrealistic (Though I would love to come, regardless of what the lineup was) We'll see. Maybe one day.

Yeah, if I hadn't seen each of those three bands so many times, I would certainly share in your excitement of the tour.

I'm gonna see the tour with Testament, so there's really no point in seeing this as I honestly have NEVER liked Anthrax and have never understood the appeal of them.

yeah got my tickets over a week ago on the presale:flame:

Seriously? Spreading the Disease and Among the Living are beyond fucking classics. Perhaps a re-visiting of these two albums is in order for you?

One of my best friends is an absolute die-hard Anthrax fan. Trust me, he's tried to get me into them and I've tried time and time again but outside of Charlie's drumming, nothing grabs me in either era. And I'm not gonna listen to a band just for the drumming. To me, honestly all their songs sound like a big muddle of noise.

Seeing them in August @ the Oakdale in Connecticut. Gave the tickets to my husband for Christmas last year for a spring date. Then the concert was postponed, canceled, then postponed again, the venue was rebating tickets, then picked a new date and will honor the old tickets..meanwhile there's been lineup changes. LOL! Crazy!!
