Enjoy ladies and gents! And please.... if you are somehow offended by any of this... I would like to quote a great comedian, Steve Hughes, "If you're offended... just be offended, it doesn't hurt anyone... no one is going to say, last night I was offended by that man, and this morning I woke up... and I had leprosy...."

Arghh, fix the aspect ratio damnit!!

Y'know we're lucky that LCD monitors came about. With an old CRT you'd not be able to track anywhere in that tiny room without inducing huge amounts of noise in the pickups, haha.

I know i know! I actually wrapped that vid in YOUTUBE tags... and it squished it... just click on the vid to watch the widescreen better looking version i guess.. fucking interwebz!

^^^Yes you're actually correct, I was told that about 3 days after recording it... and personally I didn't care enough to mention it/ edit it haha! Thanks though dude, appreciated :) It's not my guitar so my bad there, also, I believe it's a maple neck on further inspection... and on even further inspection... these are loafers!

how many boxes of milo cereals per song do you use? :p

seems you're making some cool music man!:headbang:

oh and:
lol how can one fail so hard at crabcore?

Probably mahogany neck too, a maple neck would just fucks the awesome weight balance this guitar has.
In any case, this is really an awesome guitar :headbang:
Keep us to date, you rock

@ Mago: I like to treat it like strings, if I can get through a pack a day I'm doing well ;) haha
@Slash: Cheers dude! Yeah, it's a beautiful guitar. I'm not a big fan of ESP's myself, but I think the eclipse is the only model I enjoy playing on. The sls3 is smooth as all fuck, yet to find a jackson I like more. I think maybe a USA series is next :)
@Simon: Glad I didn't fuck too much up then haha

cheers dude, it's cool to have people from the forum on board. This place has helped me out a lot musically and technically, so hopefully this album will rattle some walls, inspire some people maybe, who knows XD And with Ermz at the helm for mixing, well fuck... I just can't wait till it's done :)

OH! And by the way, just to make sure I don't forget anyone on this stuff! Jeff edited all the drums for the album! Champion of a dude, and he's work is fantastic :) *i'm sure you all knew that though right* haha

Nice one dude, looking forward to hearing this properly fleshed out instead of just drumtracks and mono guitars!

Might I make one suggestion? I find that if I'm wearing headphones while tracking, regardless of how loud the monitors would be or regardless of what instrument I'm tracking, I hug the click a lot better. Something about it just being right there in each ear really seems to help, and I've noticed the same thing with most guitarists/bassist I track DI's with. Might be something to try out on some tougher songs you're saving for last or something!

Hey dude, cheers for that. I've tried that a few times, late night tracking etc, I actually get really uncomfortable with them on though. When I hear the mix/ click through monitors I feel my playing gels better overall. I might try it again if need be though. Some of the coming riffs are going to bust my nut :p
