It sounds like you're growling wrong with this, though - I can get that same kind of guttural + higher octave thing, but only when I use resonance at the very top of my throat, near my tonsils.

FYI: I'm using my diaphragm, but that shit takes a helluva lot of air, but if I don't use the diaphragm, I can speak like that for minutes if I want to.

I guess you wont need bass in your songs. Just sample your voice doing that, add distortion, and program via midi

I'd even say this very low end could be done by just blowing into the mic.
The humming sounds more like "moving air" than vocals to me. You're using a pop-shield, are you?

Here is a short clip with some intelligible(?!) lyrics and with the "problematic" range removed. Used a popshield, windstopper (kinda like one that reporters use) and highpass filter activated on the microphone, added a highpass filter at 60hz and some compression in the DAW:

The spike went slightly up, to 54-98hz, but it still sounds really freaky if you only open the subwoofer and close the main monitors
