anthrax set was superb, one thing ill give joey is anthrax are so comfortable in big stadium shows, its how anthrax was meant to be,the crowd loved every minute of anthrax set,ill watch others bands later.

Anthrax are a great live band, my fav. btw, they rock big arenas like small clubs, Joey knows how to interact with the crowd.

Joey has always been good with the crowd. He makes the set 'fun'. Love or hate his voice there is no denying his energy and how well he does in front of huge crowds. He is a true professional, he was with Anthrax when they were always playing large arenas.

I never got why some people say Joey is a bad frontman either.

Because they are negative-ass, butthurt little bitches. Some people refuse to be pleased.

Joey rules! Life feels so much better with him back. (And I LOVED the stuff with Bush.)

I feel better too. I loved the Bush stuff even more, but in the end, Joey was the front man when I discovered them back in 88. I'm glad he is back. I really hope he sings two or three Bush era songs on American Carniage. It's probably a tough choice for them. I'm guessing they only get 45 minutes, which is not enough time. "Only", "What doesn't die" & "Strap it on" would be killer but that's 3 out of an 8-10 song set. Personally, they could drop "Antisocial" and " I am the Law" I think they have played those all nine times I have seen them. "Caught in a Mosh" and "Indians" too but that will never happen

Yeah I could do without Antisocial, and Caught In a Mosh but not Indians. Just because of the War Dance part where the crowd goes nuts. I would certainly hope on this Carnage tour they don't even think about playing Only. Hopefully they add songs like "Time" "In My World" "Skeleton In The Closet" etc. But this is a Clash of the Titans reunion so those songs will almost certainly be played. Especially since not many of those fans have heard those songs with Joey in many years

There will be very few people in at a Slayer show that have even heard "What Doesn't Die" or "Strap It On". I am sure they have heard "only" but would prefer not to hear alternative rock songs at a thrash fest =)

We kinda agree on something, while this reliving the 80's thing is goin on they should stay away from bush era songs. But they have to play Caught in a Mosh, Antisocial those songs along with Indians, Got the time, Madhouse and I'm the Man are the main 80's songs they known for even though In My World and Skeletons some of my favs also. Are they doin I'm the man with joey on drums?
I'd prefer them to play, who cares wins and now its dark, but goodluck on that.
I also always wanted to hear NFB and friggin in the riggin live that be fun.

Safe Home? come on man, that has gotta be the lamest excuse for an ANTHRAX songs ever....

I don't mind "Only" or "Room for One More". However, maybe they should add some obsurer oldies like "After Shock", "Gung Ho", "One Man Stands", "Time" or "Medusa"

Safe Home is one of those songs that if you get caught listening to people will think you are gay. (not that there is anything wrong with that). I hope they have gotten those pop songs out of their system and ready to thrash some shit up.

In all honesty Safe Home is a 'good' song, but the fact that it is Anthrax is just wrong
