Kalmah releases - special editions?

i got all Kalmah cd's, except Swamplord. they're all in regular jewelcases.
i was wondering if there exist any special editions, such as digipak, box, or vinyl?

I would by the cd again just for that song the problem is that kalmah cd's arent very easy to get in where i live.
