Anyone knows, what is name of this font? i need it, but i can't find it

I know, that this font was used on cover of CD "Legend Of a Madman" (Tribute to Ozzy)

There was a thread about this once... and there was a link where to download it for free... but I don't know the link anymore

The name of the font was "Lucifers Pension"
