Kayo Dot in Chicago

We took no pictures. Sorry. As for what songs thay played, forgive me, but I can't even remember the names of my own songs, so i'm not sure on the titles. The turn out was average for a Chicago show during the week. I don't know an exact number but if I had to guess, 60 people, and Kayo Dot had the biggest crowd of the night. I went with Larry and our friend Nick, who is a bit loud, and likes to act like a goof ball, so he may be seen as an asshole who laughs at bands. There was a band Yowie, which became the focus of Nicks evening, even pointing to their poster on the wall, and laughing his ass off at it in front of the band. In reality, he's just a nut. Eric can back that up. haha

The opening band, Mouth of the Architect was great. Yowie was a bit much for me. Just chaos and noise. Kayo Dot sounded awesome, very huge and dynamic sounding, Greg rocked out. What more can I say? Great performance!!
