Kick drum setup for triggering

I cut at above 400Hz sometimes.
I don't really worry about the "body" of cymbals if I'm having to deal with 8+ tracks of uber distorted guitars.

Also, snare / toms should be gated - so there shouldn't be an issue for straight replacement for the kick.
