Trep Member Mar 16, 2008 341 0 16 Sydney, Australia Jun 1, 2009 #5 Open tom mounts sound like balls. uke:uke:uke: look at any decent Hi end kit and you'll notice they don't have open mounts. Pearl Make a Metal Plate with a rubber gasket but it only fits their kits, definately seal it if you can.
