Not click!!
i'm doing a drummix for a band at the moment and i am trying to get the kick to get that Beefy (not muddy but just enough definity to tell what its doing and enough low/mid to support riffs with the load of punch they deserve..) kick.
but i seam to be failing miserably time and time again it seems.. i allready sent the drummer a premix he was pretty satisfied with (featuring the andy kick some extra low added/ some high's filtered.. i'm looking for the rock/punkhardcore kinda tone..).
but i want some beef!! i tried the 5 minutes alone kick.. the andy kick....some yamaha kick... but i haven't found i quit yet...
so my question is: could some of you guys post/send me some raw kicks to work with? i haven't tried the DFH one yet...and any song refering to a kick i could maybe use would be awesome to!!
