king diamond anyone?

I saw him on saturday at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY. Amazing show! His voice was perfect, and his band was top notch, and it was an honor to see not only King himself, but Andy LaRouqe, whos always been a favorite axmen of mine.
And I got the setlist at the end! My first setlist! Hell yeah.

Also, Nile was pretty damn amazing too, and shredded like mofos.

I don't wanna brag, but I'm the guest list for next Friday night's show in Portland, OR!!!!!

You just did anyway ;)

Just j/k with ya 6, very cool that you are on the list! I am usually not on lists but Kittybeast and I always manage to go backstage and talk with the artists and their crew...most of them are very interesting and very cool people... it's fun to talk about music, the scene and just plain "bullshit" :)

Oh! And of course I'll be sseing him for the LA date  I dunno if he will surpass KREATOR's performance from Saturday though :OMG: :worship:

Pablita you find those "pinks" yet?!
I know you're joking, or laughing with me!

I think he is playing here in Chi-Town tonight but I'm not going. Last time I saw him a few years ago I was well, kinda bored. Last few albums of his did nothing for me. I don't know- maybe because I've seen him plenty of times that the thrill of a live show is gone?

I will see him for the first time next week since I wasn't 21 when he came the last time (stupid venue), but I don't expect him to give an 80's show, no one does, if you see kreator, as long as you shout out songs like the pestilence or cry war, they won't playem, they will stick to their new millenium songs, and that holds for most bands.

You lucky bastards. I was fuckin pumped. Kreator was here on the 14th (Which kicked my sorry white ass  Got a pick from the show too!) And KD was supposed to be here on May 1st, but I guess the show got cancelled. Oh well, just another excuse to smoke more weed and trip my balls off

the king is returning to seattle
i cant wait i just wish it was a bigger venue
but its kinda small and more intimate so more chance for my ears to bleed. i seen W.A.S.P there a while back and rocked to place

I'm not a huge fan of The King, but he is a talented vocalist and in both of his bands he was with, he surrounded himself with top notch musicians.
