It looks as if this is going to be packaged in a very similar way to Alice's "Life and Crimes" effort. There will be four CDs with a total of 80 songs covering the band's entire career, about 20 of which will be rare or unreleased. Also included is a 96 page booklet.

Demos of "Strutter" and "Deuce" will be on there, along with 1973 live versions of "Firehouse" and "Acrobat" (unreleased), and a few songs from the Wicked Lester album.

Yes, I know it sounds like a glorified greatest hits and I'll buy it anyway because I'm stupid :). I wanted something like the Beatles Anthology series, but we can't expect Gene and Paul Inc. to release everything in one go. They have to keep something up their sleeves so they can afford all the adult diapers and incontinence pads they'll be needing in a year or two...
