I got the double gatefold digipak CD version for Xena the other day at Sanity. Next day I saw it at JB for $8 less! 
It's Gene's 54th birthday today. What a pity I didn't contribute further to his retirement fund by buying the $ymphony CD

Fuck Gene. That's $8 I could have spent towards something else. I hardly ever buy CDs because I get most of mine as promos, and then when I do, this happens! The music industry can get fucked.

I haven't heard it yet but I haven't actually read a bad review yet, everybody seems to love it! It even got a 90% on melodicrock.com who are pretty damn cynical about Kiss stuff!
I can't wait to get it. I can honestly say the symphony part of the show sounded awesome when I was there so I can't see why the album wouldn't. I can't imagine Kiss having a bad mix... I mean how good is the mix on Alive III!

Amen, brother! I've lost some respect for KISS ever since the reunion, but they're still the soundtrack to my life and I thank them for it.
Just out of curiosity, are you named after the Black Sabbath song or Dick Grayson's superhero identity after he grew out of being Robin?

I agree too. I've lost tons of respect for them in the last few years, and when I watch alot of their recent footage and stuff or listen to Psycho Circus it really makes me quite sad and disappointed.
But everytime I listen to the old albums or especially if I watch videos like Konfidential, Xtreme Closeup, Exposed, Kiss My Ass etc, it reminds me why Kiss are my favourite band and it's really special to me.
