Korn fans suck!

Well to be fair I did think you wouldn't know much metal, so instead check out:

Atheist - Unquestionable presence

Demigod - Slumber of Sullen eyes

The Chasm - Conjeration...

Argoslent - Incorrigible bigotry

Scyclad - Prince of the poverty line

Bathory - Under the sign of the black mark

Destroyer 666 - Cold steel...for an iron age.

Theres nothing wrong with Dissection, give them another chance.

Bathory are WAY too black metal for me...

Atheist are alright. I respect them for the technicality, but no...

I'm not really an underground death/black fan per se. Some of what I hear is underground, but...I'm more into the Gothenburg sound and American thrash scene. Industrial bands in the vein of White Zombie, Static-X, or fear factory are welcome also.

*sighs* If all you will listen to is the most sweet and easy part of the metal spectrum, the media ready stuff which is lapped up by the Kerrang loving masses then there really is no point in me recommending you any more bands. Metal is different to all that bullshit, for the people who like it is about being different, taking risks and trying new things, not moving from trend to trend.

I wish that Nu-Metal or Mallcore as I now know it :D was never invented.

Good point by Necro Joe, If you aren't open to other things then why bother asking for recommendations, I know you feel hurt because most people here despise that which you adore, but get over it.

It's a sad turn of events when the Ultimate Metal forum is speaking about Korn.

Look at the website name, and it's description

UltimateMetal.com - Supporting The Underground

UNDERGROUND........that's not popular bands that are super produced, manufactured, packaged and shoved down our collective throat.

REAL METAL for Feck's sake.

Go suck teh suck. KoRn pwns!!!!!!!!1!!!11!1!1!11!!!!
Sucks this, sucks that...
Can'tyou guys think of somthing more creative?
Iron Maiden is was great band in their prime, they are
"classic metal." Korn can't hold a candle to that band.
Korn doesn't have the ability to be a legend in hard music like an Iron Maiden...

and is this why theres in flames, opeth, and soilwork forums? last time i looked theyre all pretty damn popular for being metal
Popular?
they might be popular to "metalheads" but to normal people they are underground

Go away because I like KoRn and like their new single?

Wow, this board is full of wannabee elite fucks(Sorry, I can't think of any big words to use to insult you. Again, I am still working on this).

HAHAHAHHAHA...HAHAHAHAHAH.
Do you have any idea what underground is?
I mean Judas Priest is a Underground band if you ask a Pop fan.

Yeah I saw the UK Metal Hammer had the Metal awards and in the running for best "Underground" band were Opeth and Arch Enemy, and possibly Lacuna Coil.

These are underground to a Metal Hammer reader.

But Korn are underground to no-one, wait maybe people in comas, or the over 60.

Everyone sucks though, gay pretend Black Metal fans suck, Elitest arseholes who think if you sell one record you sell out, they suck, Narrow minded people who aren't open to other styles of music suck.

I think the point of this thread is quite simple...

Korn Fans Suck...Some of the comments show that quite accurately

I saw a guy in town before, must have been mid 50's wearing a Stonesour hoodie :OMG:
